some copper tubing an an old cutting board are coaxed into these diabolical contraptions
I needed two double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) switches in order to select the various modes on my welder. The modes are current type (AC/DC), and electrode polarity (DCEP/DCEN). They also need to be cable of 200+ amperes continously, which would fry most common switches. Enter the frankenswitch.
I actually built it, documented on mindtomachine. Then installed on my welder.
